"The Mighty Eagle Band" from Canton TX could not reach for the stars without the support of our parents, our friends and our community.
Our Band Parents program is second to none with the hardest working supporters any organization could ask for. We have many adults involved that don't even have kids in band, or their children graduated; yet they still stay and support the band by participating with the Band Parents on many levels, and we ALL appreciate each and every one of them. Come on and see what you can do! The Band Parents meet at the High School the First "MONDAY" of every month (except for September 2006 - we will meet on Tuesday). Although our organization is called "Band Parents" we are open to anyone who wants to support the band program. We have parents who still participate whose children have since graduated...THAT'S how great this program is!
The community of Canton Texas, along with the merchants in town, have often times left us speechless with their support. We could not do ANY of what we do without the support we receive from them - please show your thanks by supporting them whenever you can!
